Account Deletion and Data Privacy

 At eVertiSKY, your privacy and data security are our top priorities. We understand the importance of handling your information with care and respect. This page is dedicated to providing you with a clear understanding of how to request the deletion of your account and what happens to your data once you decide to leave our service. 

 How to Request Account Deletion 

1. Via Direct Email: You can request the deletion of your account by sending an email to info@evertisky.com. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line to ensure the request is processed promptly. 

2. Via the App (version 1): Open the Board Member App, go to Settings > Account > Request Account Deletion. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request. 

 Information Required: 

  • Your User Name 

  • Registered Email Address 

  • Any User ID associated with your account 

Please ensure that the information provided is accurate to avoid any delays in processing your request. 

 Data Deletion Details 

 Upon receiving your account deletion request, we will proceed to remove your personal information from our systems. Here’s what will be deleted and what may be retained:

To Be Deleted: 

  • Personal Information (name, email address, phone number) 

  • Your posts, comments, and any user-generated content 

  • Transaction history and payment information 

 

May Be Retained: 

  • Data required for legal compliance, such as records of transactions for financial auditing 

  • Anonymized data used for analytics and service improvement purposes 

 

Data Retention Period: 

  • Any data that needs to be retained for legal reasons will be kept for a period not exceeding 90-days as per regulatory requirements.
